About the event
Our daily lives are impacted by our physical and mental health, relationships, community and social experiences, education and career, finances, personal development and environment.
The workshop aims to provide you with tools and information that will help you better understand and reconnect to your body, mind and essence (spirit).
Over the four weeks you will have the opportunity to learn more about your body and movement, mindfulness meditation, and put them into practice.Â
You'll also take a deep dive into the Components of Life where you will look into the areas of your life that may need focus and more balance.
You'll receive a Components of Life workbook and templates aimed to support you on your personal development journey. Providing you with a space to reflect and write, make conscious and personal decisions to set goals that will improve the components of your life.
The workshops currently take place for 4 weeks on a Sunday. To maintain consistency, you will need to attend the programme dates you signed up for. If any sessions are missed, you will still receive the information discussed and shared and a recording of the classes.
