Focusing on Education and Career, Finances, Personal Development, Friends and Family, Health, Relationships, Community, Social, Spirituality and Environment.
  • How do I find out more about Health & Wellbeing Coaching Programmes and if they are what I’m looking for?
    Book in for a free 30 minute Discovery Call to find out more about Health & Wellbeing Coaching. During the call we will take time to discuss what you are wanting to achieve and the options available if you wish to sign up to a programme.
  • I’d like to sign up to a Health & Wellbeing Programme how can I pay and book my sessions?
    Once you have chosen your Health & Wellbeing Programme, you have the option to pay for the programme in full or instalments. If paying in full, payment is required before your first coaching session. If you are paying in instalments, your first payment is required before your first coaching session. Further payments will be required on the agreed dates. All payments are payable by standing order or direct debit. During your discovery call or a follow up call, you may have discussed and agreed the frequency of your sessions. Once payment is received and agreement signed, you will receive a link to book your sessions.
  • What is Sustainable Fitness?
    Sustainable fitness is about creating an exercise routine that works for you and becomes a part of your daily life. Focusing on maintaining a healthy heart, muscles, joints, bones and connective tissues. Resulting in improved circulation, strength, mobility, stability and flexibility. Making everyday activities and adventures much easier.
  • I have lower back or joint pain, can I practice Pilates or Yoga?
    Pilates and Yoga are great practices to help develop your back and joint strength. There will be modifications and adaptations available to help you progress. Please speak to your GP or a clinician before joining a class.
  • I have a health condition; can I practice Pilates or Yoga?
    Pilates and Yoga are great practices to help develop strength and improve your mental health. There will be modifications and adaptations available to enable you to take part and progress. Focusing on our mental health helps to reduce stress which in turn reduces inflammation in the body and may make a positive impact on your health condition. Please speak to your GP or a clinician before joining a class.
  • Can I practice Pilates or Yoga if I’m pregnant?
    Pilates and Yoga are great practices to help develop strength, improve your mental health and support you on your journey to motherhood. Mindful Moves classes are suitable for people in their second trimester. We recommend you find Prenatal Pilates and Yoga classes which will have a prime focus on pregnant women and providing the right support as their bodies change through pregnancy. You are welcome to join a Mindful Moves class if you have practiced regularly and have good body awareness. Please speak to your GP or a clinician before joining a class.
