At Mindful Moves, coaching is a collaborative and empowering process that supports you to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
It’s not about being told what to do — it’s about being supported as you find your own way forward.
Together, we create a space for reflection, intention, and growth.
You lead the way — and we walk alongside you, offering tools, encouragement, and honest guidance to help you move through challenges, build self-belief, and take grounded, aligned action.
Our approach is rooted in wellbeing, lifestyle awareness, and personal empowerment — because when you feel connected to yourself, everything else begins to shift.

Our flagship programme, Mindful Moves: My Way, is designed to support a wide range of life transitions, challenges, and lifestyle goals. It offers a flexible structure with space to explore what truly matters to you.
Whether you’re navigating burnout, rebuilding confidence, redefining your identity, or wanting to feel healthier and more in balance — we’ll tailor the journey to support your wellbeing, your goals, and your pace.
No one-size-fits-all. Just support that fits your life — and the version of you you’re ready to become.
The Components of Life Workbook is a self-reflection tool designed to help you pause, assess, and plan with intention.
It guides you through key areas of life — supporting you to:
reflect honestly,
identify what needs attention or change, and
set meaningful, achievable goals.
It’s yours to use in a way that fits your rhythm — a supportive companion for your journey.
You’ll receive access to the workbook when you begin the coaching programme or can request a copy directly.
Yes — Mindful Moves offers tailored wellbeing workshops for charities, small organisations, and community-based groups looking to support the health and wellbeing of their staff, volunteers, or wider communities.

Workshops can be adapted for:
Staff and volunteer wellbeing
Student groups or community sessions
Teams working in high-pressure or emotionally demanding roles
This work is currently being developed in Cambodia and can be shaped around your goals, team needs, and cultural context.

Yes — flexible payment plans are available to make the journey as accessible as possible.
You’re welcome to spread the cost over up to 6 monthly instalments.
We’ll chat through the options during your Discovery Call and find something that works well for you and your circumstances.
Not at all. Mindful Moves is here to support you at any stage of your journey — whether this is your first step or you’ve explored similar practices before.
You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or have any prior experience. Just a willingness to show up for yourself, one small step at a time.
Everything we offer is designed to be inclusive, adaptable, and grounded in real life — so you can move at your own pace, in a way that feels good for you.
Coaching and movement sessions are available online or in person (depending on location).
Workshops and personal development days are also offered in person at selected venues.
We’ll talk through what works best for you during your Discovery Call — whether that’s virtual support, face-to-face connection, or a blend of both.
Mindful Moves coaching is designed to support a wide range of life experiences and intentions — including:
Navigating transitions or big life changes
Rebuilding confidence and self-worth
Feeling healthier, more balanced, and better supported
Coping with stress, burnout, or overwhelm
Exploring identity, purpose, or direction
Creating boundaries and habits that honour your wellbeing
Whether you're feeling stuck, uncertain, or simply ready for a shift — we’ll work together to bring more clarity, confidence, and calm into your next chapter.
Sound healing is a gentle, meditative practice that uses instruments like singing bowls, chimes, and voice to support emotional release, deep relaxation, and energetic balance.
At Mindful Moves, sound healing is offered through:
Group workshops and retreats
1:1 sessions (on request)
As a complement to coaching, movement, or mindfulness work
It’s a powerful way to reconnect with your inner calm and clarity — especially when navigating stress, transition, or overwhelm.
Please note: Sound healing is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. If you're expecting, feel free to get in touch and we’ll help you explore suitable options for support.
Yes — many of our practices, including Pilates, Yoga, Mindfulness, and Sound Healing, can support your wellbeing during pregnancy, particularly in the second and third trimesters.
We recommend attending specialist pre and postnatal classes when possible, especially for Pilates or Yoga, as these are designed to safely support the changes your body is going through.
If you’ve practiced regularly before pregnancy and feel confident in your body’s needs, you’re welcome to join. We're always happy to adapt sessions where appropriate.
Please speak with your GP, midwife, or another healthcare provider before joining a session — and let us know if you’d like guidance on what may feel most supportive.
