
The Heart behind Mindful Moves...
I believe that people are the foundation of every successful organisation and thriving community. When we are well, we are better able to work, contribute, and connect with those around us. My work is driven by the belief that for an organisation to be healthy, its people must be supported to be healthy too.
My journey began in the public sector in 2009. Over the following decade, I worked across the NHS and community charities in roles that gave me a unique "all-sides" perspective. By working in essential support roles within strategic environments, I saw the "Big Picture" of how large systems operate, but I also saw where they could lose their connection to their employees and the people they serve. These experiences became the catalyst for founding Mindful Moves® seven years ago. I learned that success is not just about the plan on paper; it is about clear communication, understood behaviours, and ensuring that the human experience is never lost in the process.
A Holistic Framework for Change:
Whether I am working with an organisation or an individual, my goal is to find solutions without blame or judgement. I focus on what is within our control and where we can have a positive influence to move from a state of "just getting by" to making conscious choices that lead to a better quality of life.
