A Personalised Approach

No two journeys are the same. My coaching provides an open, supportive space where the focus is entirely on what matters most to you. Rather than following a set programme, we work together to explore your current reality and identify the small steps that lead to a better quality of life.

One-on-One Coaching

You lead the way; I provide the reflective space and the tools to help you gain clarity. Depending on what you would like to explore, we can use different ways to look at your daily life and map out your path:

  • What Matters to You?: Exploring the things that are important to you and identifying your vision for the future, where you want to be and how you want to feel.

  • Lifestyle Assessment: Using gentle conversation to understand your typical day and daily habits, from your sleep patterns and nourishment to how you prioritise your own needs.

  • The Components of Life: A holistic way to look at your world. Using a 'Wheel of Life' approach, we can explore how different areas; such as physical and mental health, relationships, finance, or fun and recreation are all connected.

  • Wellness Resources: Accessing practical, compassionate tools to support your everyday wellbeing and personal development.

  • Reflective Practice: Connecting the dots between where you are now and a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

Whether we use these as a guide for our conversations or simply hold space for honest exploration, the process remains practical, curious, and entirely unique to you.

Whether you’re looking for a one-off reset, a little ongoing support, or a deeper programme to help you move forward, there’s a space for you here. All sessions are held online, and we’ll always go at a pace that feels right for you.

To make coaching more accessible, I offer a sliding scale. You choose the price that reflects your current circumstances, no explanations needed. All clients receive the same care and support, whatever rate they choose.

  • Reduced Rate (R): For those on a low or uncertain income. (Low-cost payment plans are also available).

  • Standard Rate (S): Reflects the time, care, and experience I bring to each session.

  • Pay It Forward Rate (P): Your investment helps make coaching accessible for others and supports low-cost or free community sessions and resources.

A single session to talk things through, reflect, and figure out your next steps. Ideal if you want support without committing to a bundle, or simply need a space to pause, reset, and refocus.

3-Session Bundle: Initial Exploration

 

Support over three sessions, spread across a few weeks or months, it’s your choice. Helpful if you're navigating a particular challenge or building new habits and want gentle, consistent support along the way.

6-Session Bundle: Building Momentum

 

Our most popular choice. This provides the consistent support needed to look at your habits and daily life more deeply, as you begin to consider making sustainable changes. Includes 6 x 90-minute sessions, plus personalised reflections and practices to support your growth.

12-Session Bundle: Supporting Change

 

A longer-term partnership for those navigating significant life transitions or seeking to realign their wellbeing over time. A deeper dive over 3 months; a blend of 90-minute sessions, shorter calls, and touchpoints, with time to explore, implement change, and sustain it.

The Mindful Moves® Pay It Forward Initiative

 

I believe that wellbeing support should be accessible to everyone—especially when life feels heavy or uncertain.

When you choose the Pay It Forward Rate on any of our coaching options, you are directly helping someone else access support through the Community Coaching Pot. This fund provides pro-bono coaching sessions, workshops, and wellbeing resources for community-led projects and individuals who might otherwise face barriers to accessing this type of support.
