Identify Where Life May Feel Imbalanced: You will use the proven Components of Life Wheel (learn more about the tool here) to pinpoint areas that are quietly affecting your feeling of purpose and energy, whether it's at home or at work.

Master Your Energy: You will clearly identify things within your control with the aim to stop spending time and focus on the external factors you cannot control (e.g., other people’s actions, the pace of change or the future).

Build Your Action Plan: You will design a customised 90-day action plan, translating your low scores into small, daily shifts (your "Mindful Moves") that guarantee sustainable improvements in your health, relationships, and everyday life.

Strengthen Your Resilience: Incorporate effective lifestyle and mindfulness practices into your routine to manage stress, anxiety, and self-doubt with greater ease.

You will learn simple techniques to strengthen a positive outlook, giving you the confidence and focus needed to make lasting change.
