Coaching in the Workplace

According to Deloitte’s report, Mental Health and Employers: Refreshing the Case for Investment, employers can expect an average return of £5 for every £1 spent on health and well-being for employees (5:1). This includes a focus on health coaching and personal exercise sessions.

We offer a variety of services to complement your existing Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). If you don’t have an EAP in place, we can provide a stand-alone service that includes a well-being strategy for your organisation and coaching sessions for staff.​
